A requirement for you to play and install Fallout: London is for you to own Fallout 4 and all of its DLCs or the Game of the year edition
PSA - this does NOT work with NEXT GEN update for FO4
you need to use the mod to downgrade your version to pre-nextgen
There is a method to downgrade EGS games, I know people use it for modded Among Us.
I assume the same method will be expanded to cover FO4 since this mod seems to be popping off.

It's an add-on for the original game. You need the original fallout4 to play it

It's a mod because the people who made it aren't affiliated with Bethesda at all and have used what's available in the game all ready to make an entirely new game essentially.

I read that you need all other DLC to play this:

Apparently steam version needs to be downgraded after Bethesda's crap update. Found a downgrader on nexusmods.
Even though I own FO4 it seems a bit of a hassle may just wait for a repack.

In a few skyrim modding discords and people seemed pretty excited for this. Obviously this doesnt vouch for its quality but that there is some decent hype around it.
I was looking forward to this, but realised the easiest/cheapest way for me to play is to just buy the GOTY version on GOG as I only have the base version on Steam.
Season pass is $52 on steam, full GOTY version is $22 on GOG.
Feels weird paying to play a free addon though, particularly when the season pass itself is pretty rubbish.

To play this you'll need Fallout 4 on either Steam or Gog (they say Game of the Year edition, I assume the regular edition with dlcs would also work), this isn't a standalone game. The Epic version won't work because it requires installing an old build of the game which Epic apparently doesn't allow.
