My TechFast PC Order Is Not in Progress?

I placed an order over a week and a half ago for a pre-built PC and nothing has happened since…not updates or communication from TechFast at all.

What do I do?

    Techfast are not known to be 'fast'. There's usually a 2 week processing time so you'll just have to be patient.

    A week and a half ago would put it less than 10 business days, which is within their dispatch time frame. At least give it the whole 10 days before a late night ragefest.

    Ultimately though, you get what you pay for. Want it fast? Buy from Dell.

    People has to bear in mind this are custom builds! Surely you don't expect them to deliver so fast… Unless they are Dell with a huge factory behind the scene ready to assemble customer orders OR pre-build orders.

    Imagine if they have 100 orders. THey probably has 2-3 people working on assembly and testing. Don't expect much man… You should know this. everyone should know this.

    Have you thought about this? I know this is a really "out there" idea and somewhat radical, but hear me out:

    How about actually contacting Techfast themselves and asking them? Your request doesn't state that you have contacted them, so why would you post here before trying to contact them yourself? Seriously!

        Thank you. I had to consult my therapist to give me the confidence to propose this idea, and I’m overjoyed that someone thought it was useful. It’s hard to contact the company who sold someone a product to ask for a status update, but with continued advice I think the OP could do it.

  • I purchased on the 29th of JUNE, still has yet to be shipped, no compensation or ability to upgrade to quicker shipping. Give them a miss you need a computer quick
