  • Anyone know sizing? How does warmth/quality compare to Macpac Halo?

    • i have Macpac and Kathmandu, Northface is just slicely bigger (i am in a size M), but comfortably fit.
Macpac is the smallest, then Kath to NFace

    • +1

Macpac is warmer with a higher fill

      • sorry but unless you’ve actually worn both, then you can’t compare their warmth based upon specifications alone, given that this is only 50% down?

      Those reviews…

    • lol never seen so much bad reviews for a brand

    • Unfortunately they're just another brand that have drastically reduced the quality of their products and still charge a premium.

I have a jacket and backpack from 5+ years ago and they're still going strong. Doubt many items they currently stock will last that long.

Same price amazon Directly from Northface

  • Don't forget 2% Cashback through Cashrewards.

  • I've had a couple of my jackets from North Face recently, eg Thermoball eco for $80. For that price it's good but doubt I'd pay more. Design is nothing special, quality is normal, brand brings no prestige anymore so in future I'd get a cheap and cheerful something else instead if TNF wasn't dirt cheap on special.
