Got a camel alert and wow, wasn't expecting this price. $6 for 100 pages of 9 Pocket Trading Card Pages. I guess it could be a price error. Looks to be a maximum of 10 per account.

  • Whoops. Thanks for fixing the titile. Got too excited and didn't do it properly.

  • I'm assuming Amazon must has matched another seller's 10 Pack.

      Could be. I paid $5 at Target for 10. I was expecting to pay about $30 for this 100 pack.

        • I'll guess we'll see what happens. I've read that if you really want to protect your cards you are better off with those zipped binders anyway.

            @ozbs25:

            really want to protect your cards

            Most people would use Top Loaders

            • @RichardL: Maybe they're suggesting the zipped binders that hold top loaders.

              • @Gehirn: I've read that using these sorts of 3 ring binders can damage your cards in the long term. I've seen people recommend VaultX. I bought one of those recently. They have started their own Amazon AU storefront.

                  @ozbs25: 3 ring binders don't damage your cards unless you've overstuffed the binder to the brim or forcefully turning the pages. But I've read D-ring binders are much better than O-ring

                  • @cyrax83: Going to have to use 3 ring binders if my order goes through. I bought some of the Amazon Basics card pages just to compare but they aren't close to the quality of these ones.

                  • @cyrax83: Yep, this!

                  • @cyrax83: I'll keep that in mind. I do have a couple of the Ultra Pro Binders which seem nice as well as some other binders in both O-ring and D-ring styles. Maybe I'll just use the O-ring binders and Amazon Basics stuff for stuff like free/cheap cards you get for kids from the grocery store or whatever.

            • @RichardL: Sorry, I mean for your general collection. I've got some Top Loaders and those magnetic one touch things too. Can't use those for everything though. For anything really nice or rare I guess I'd use a Top Loader or better. For the rest I'd want to put it in some sort of binder.

              I'm just starting in collecting cards of any sort but from what I understand you end up with a lot of base cards, so many that you don't know what to do with them all, and end up just tossing them out. I don't really want to do that though…
