Hi all, similar deal to the Steam sale from the last couple of weeks, this time for Xbox consoles and the Xbox PC Launcher.
For those who don't know, the game is being delisted later this year from December 15th. Unsure if this will be the last sale before that time.
Also, the dlc can no longer be purchased separately to my knowledge, so you may wish to opt for the ultimate bundle if the dlc strikes your fancy.
Is the Forza series dead and gone?

I got 4 a month ago in the last deal. Seems to be just graphics updates on the previous ones. The first few setup missions even seemed the same (stunt movie driver). I don’t think I’ll be in a hurry to buy again.

To be clear, the reason I couldn’t get past the ‘choose pronoun’ screen in Froza horizon 5 is because it didn’t have my pronouns listed, i.e. it lacked neo pronouns. Hence my previous comment mentioning my preference for other titles.

@mantra: That’s a fair point. I guess it comes down to them getting one’s hopes up by recognising pronoun variance and yet seemingly excluding a large portion of that population. Hopefully horizon 6 will address this.

Yeah that's 3. This one is set in England and has changing seasons (non dynamic, just tied to progression)

Yep, sadly for most people who want to play Horizon 3 now, the only viable way is a cracked copy. I hate those licensing issues, it killed off Outrun 2 as well. If Outrun 2 was still for sale I think it would be very popular and still sell well and folks could be racing it online !
@wonderboy4: You can get it on disk, on Xbox anyway, probably not on PC.
I picked up a copy at my local CeX for about $15 a month ago.
@FlexBargain: Yeah, I should have clarified, I did mean for PC. The price is so high on key sites now, that no one can really justify that cost.
But as you said, Xbox is a way different story, I noticed this recently, when I was looking for a copy of Forza Motor Sport 7 for PC, there were so many cheap Xbox versions available on Ebay, even the Ultra version was cheap!
But the PC version was so much more expensive almost everywhere. Thankfully I found one of the few keys available anywhere online at an acceptable price, I think it was about $70-80 for the Deluxe version, but I paid it anyway, because I didn't want to miss out.
Like I said, I hate licensing!

You can definitely get some amazing digital bargains, but struggle on stuff like this.
Im using both platforms and find that a good mix. Still got a Xbox one that my kids use so bloody discs everywhere.
Thanks for the post mate, just bought the ultimate pack as I have been looking to get the expansions and car pass before delisting, so this is good timing. $29 is pretty decent value, Lego expansion is something my kids have been wanting.
Just got my second back stage pass and am waiting for 22 August when the 1985 Mazda RX7 will be available there, had two of those as a young bloke and keen to drive it again without the petrol or maint costs!

I often thought that way about both Rxs, a VH 'big banger' Commodore and e30 and e27 BMWs I have owned and let go over the years.
But in a practical sense, retaining cars costs money no matter how you do it. Odds are for most people like us that any profit from increase in value would be eaten by the costs of keeping it. Not to mention if you don't want to sell it, it being worth more money won't change that.
That tv series rust valley restorers says it pretty well: We don't own these cars, we just caretake them!
I tend to agree…….but also I'm HODL my e30 JPS 323 BMW I have now. NFW am I letting that go, it's either getting a battery conversion when petrol is not a thing or I'm getting buried in it.

It's a token you can redeem for particular cars that are not available by any other means than random reward cars or someone selling them via auction.
That particular RX7 doesn't come up at auction very frequently and is apparently very expensive if it does.

The delisting date is 15th December so there's still plenty of time to hope for a sale.

Bought the Ultimate Edition with my Microsoft Rewards points. Would prefer physical, but it's the only way to get the DLC.
