Yes, the texture of the noodle is not as bouncy compared to most other. When the noodle is cooked, the water remains crystal clear. It's not cloudy and there are no oily residue.

Nissin is way better in terms of noodle texture, bounce and flavouring. I don't think Maggi noodle flavouring is good across their range. The positive is this is guilt-free instant noodle as it feels healthy to eat.

Wholegrain is overpowering and "gritty" in texture. If the broth isn't strong enough all you can taste is the wholegrain…
