This mouse is worth no where near $99. I've got 3 of these mice bought at different time periods, 2 years ago from Catch and a year ago from Amazon :D

      For $25, it's amazing

      • Yeh I am using my one which I paid $30 for too, amazing mouse.

  • +2

Doesn't this regularly go below $50? I use this as my daily and it's a great mouse.

Also get a AAA → AA battery convertor and the weighting on this mouse is perfect. Well known hack.

  • +1

I won't comment on the price bit, I got mine though for $60 and it's been worth every cent. Really good mouse

  • G309 just released too so might go down near ATL again sooner or later

  • I see them on eBay for under $30 - are they bootlegs?

    • +2

      Most likely.

G304 and G305 are the same mice, just different branding depending on the region.

I bought 2 G304s from 2 different ebay sellers and they were both fake. I even asked before buying if they were legit and they told me that they were real. Another seller didn't even bother replying when I asked if they were real.

They show up as Sharkoon device in Windows and won't work with Logitech software.

    • If you’re going to buy a fake one, just buy it from AliExpress.

      • Surely there's no sense in buying a fake?

        • +1

Nope. But if you’re going to, at least get the best price.

    • +1

They are 100% fakes, I tried one.

They are like $2 mice made to look like a logitech mouse.

    avoid unless desperate imo

  • +4

    Great mouse but average price

  • +1

Miss when they were consistently about 35

  • Bought two around ~40, still on my first one (bought two because cheap and cheerful, and I expect the double click issue). Paired with lithium batteries, dropped a few grams and still on the first battery since end 2022? I only use it a few hours at a time a few times a week, however.

Wouldn't really pay more than 40 these days.

  • Reduced now to $49.40

  • Got one of these last year as a spare mouse $59
My G900 Chaos Spectrum is now the spare mouse of the house..

Did not realise how much mouse sensors had improved since I have only had that model, thought they hit their peak back then.

Have 3 now for home and work all with AAA battery adapter.

Value for money vs Superlight 2 more than happy with G305
