  This is great and vegan. 1 kg for $12.99 at Costco is great, but so is this tube.

  I pour the powder into a smaller jar to keep handy and store the rest sealed in the pantry.

  This is great, a tub this size lasts me 2 years+, the last one I finished was well past its used by date - i didn't die though.

  Had sausages and mash last night for dinner. In a pot on the stove I cooked some onions in butter, added a few sliced mushrooms. Cooked it down, added about half a cup of red wine. Let that reduce, then added 5 teaspoons of this powder with some boiling water. Made a fantastic mushroom and onion red wine gravy to add to the snags.
