    So tempting! But as a long time Adidas customer I have recently had problems with latest set of Adidas shoes (tread in middle of the shoe has become unattached from the soul, toes and heal are fine) after ~6 months of wear in rotation with another pair of shoes. Adidas is basically ignoring the warranty claim, I've reached out 3 times, each time they ask some details and for photos, then nothing more from them. It's been several months and still nothing… It's clearly a manufacturing issue with the glue, no pair has had this happen before, but Adidas isn't coming to the party to replace or repair them.

    Very disappointed such a large company doesn't take statutory warranty seriously.

      Had the opposite experience with their customer service. The thread started coming off on the front of the shoe on both shoes at the same place. Messaged them with photos and they offered a full refund and a 20% discount voucher if I send the shoes back. The problem is I bought the shoes on sale for $48 and even with the voucher that wouldn't cover a replacement.

    That was some of the worst purchasing experience I ever had the pleasure of going through. Adidas really needs to show pending orders and not just make them vanish if they don't go through leaving you in the dark.
