    Check Amazon.com.au and Amazon.com to see if they already offer delivery to you.

    Mail forwarder and consolidation if Amazon shipping is not an option. Find a few other cheap or US only items

    Expensive, but worthwhile depending on what you're buying.

      About ten years ago I bought a set of KEF bookshelf speakers from Amazon US. Got them delivered to shipitto, who sent it here, at a cost of course but it was way cheaper than buying them here. Have used them in the past as well on outdoor clothes and is very good.

      I’m keen to use a VPN to see if local US pricing is cheaper on Amazon.com compared to looking at Amazon.com from an Aussie IP address.

        it isn't afaik. why? because I checked plenty of times Amazon.com price matched clearance/sale items at Walmart in the US, and indeed the price was the same viewing from Aussie.

    what? if you mean they won't ship it to you and you want to use a proxy it will cost you arm and leg especially after pandemic.

        depends on product and shipping prices also go up and down.

        but international shipping is not cheap.

        once I was looking at a light weight item shipping was like $60+ (double product price), I waited and it went down to $11.

        also this is my experience with Amazon JP but after adding all items and going to checkout stage, it only charged me for the most expensive shipping out of all items.

        one time it charged most expensive shipping charge + about $10 extra but I think that’s because one item was from 3rd party seller.

        try it out total shipping charge might be less than you are expecting.
