    If the offer is already applied to the gift card then it will give that error. Look at the bottom of the right column and it will tell you what offers are applied.

    I think you can only see the offer when you go to checkout. Did you get an email titled "Benefit Confirmation for your Order…" confirming the bonus after purchasing the gift card/s?

  Thanks OP, received the $10 bonus almost immediately. Also, Amazon didn't accept the promo code, but it did say I was qualified for the offer at checkout in case anyone is in the same situation and concerned :)

  I've got the "Your AUD$ 10.00 reward is ready to use!" but it doesn't appear to work with any product I choose to purchase. I have Prime and "Amazon AU" Seller filters applied but yet the shopping cart doesn't reflect the savings.
