      I haven’t made an app purchase before but I only have the $10 off the first app order (FIRST10) not the 20. Probably just the luck of the draw.

        Hey actually I think if you manually enter FIRST20, it should work. Give it a try. One of my accounts first showed the FIRST10 and became FIRST20 after like 2-3 days but I have just tried entering FIRST20 directly on an account with the FIRST10 shown, and it "upgraded" the promo to $20 lol.

          @truetypezk: I had tried already. No such luck lol! Happy it worked for you! It’s possible eligibility changes though. Had one account that wasn’t eligible for the 20 prime offer, and then 2 days later it was.

            @silentwthestars: Ah, sorry to hear that. Amazon has definitely been pretty messy with their promos lately. Let me try it on my other FIRST10 accounts and see if I am able to upgrade.

            @silentwthestars: Not only was I able to "upgrade" the other accounts, I noticed that the FIRST20 has appeared automatically in them just now, about 1 day after I clicked the redeem button.

            Now under the items 3 promos, FIRST20, 20PRIME AND FIRST10 are all showing one below another.
