Wow I spent $10/kg for mid wings this week at meatfish in burwood nsw.
I lived near a tasman meats when I lived in Melbourne. No such luck in Sydney
Called Tasman but not in Tasmania

I got a bag last month - It was good value compared to what was available locally.
Convenient as I have a Tasman 5-minutes drive away.
They were clean and fresh, no feathers from memory.
Crumbed the drumettes, and marinated the winlettes.I made the mistake of going in Sunday arvo thinking there would be any left. Not to be (South Morang store). Even all the schnitzels were cleaned out.
When I went on Sat there weren’t any on the shelve, I asked at the counter and they took out more from behind.
Ah damn, should have asked. Granted, they had taken down even the pricing by the time I got there - only had signs about the beef deals
just got drumettes for $1.48/kg at Sacca's fine foods in roxburgh park, believe they also sell wings for $2/kilo.
