15% is a decent saving, but Good guys poor customer service and misrepresentation of the ACL means I have issues with this retailer.

On Wednesday, Good Guys Fyshwick refused to help with a faulty code machine bought 155 days ago. They claimed that they couldn't help because the "ACL only lasts 3 months for products under $500".

Usually its 30 days for DOA that the storefront will cover you. Then you have to contact the manufacturer for any other faults under warranty.
All retailers are the same unless something has changed in the last few years.

      • Nah if under warranty, take to store first. Most retailers will either send it off to get it repaired under warranty or replace it and in some circumstances refunded.

        Otherwise manufacturer.

Have always done it like that and never any issues
