Very decent cleaner for $299, but can only ship to locations NSW/VIC/QLD/ACT
It had its share of issues, but for the price you get it- very decent. I just would not recommend using the mop. Or maybe disassemble and waterproof electronics to the max if you do

      If you have carpets all over - dont know. I have solid floors all over with rugs and vac on low/medium speeds. It will go to full speed when it detects carpets

  I don’t recommend this.. had issues after 2months laying as eWaste at home. Instead but a Roborock..

    If its 2 months, why not get a replacement or refund? I have mine from 2 years ago and replaced a battery once, otherwise no other issues. As I said - not recommending for mopping

      Indeed tried and customer service asked me send serial number and they are always advised it is wrong. Also, advised I have to send it back on own expense which is costing me $75

  still using mine, it is a good unit, but the battery degrades quite quickly and I ordered a new one from aliexpress, which is holding okay so far. I never used its mop function, so cannot comment on it, but as a vacuum it does a good job. I use it on the strong suction/full speed at all times.

    I have used a mop in the beginning just to test it. It was "ok", with some special functions. But was not happy with the streaks on wooden floors (any one mopping vac would do this), so stopped using it. Battery I have replaced as well, but now the second one is due as well. Pretty cheap nowadays

      yep, the cost of a new battery was around $20 USD. The battery is working funny (dies right after 62% or so percent) with no chance for the robot to get back to the dock, but it doesn't go below 75% in the area it is used, so it is okay.

  I've had one for 3 years now no issues except replacing battery from aliexpress. As a vacuum it works very effectively, does the job much quicker than my Dreame L10s. Even on carpet its better than the Dreame, more likely to get tangled in cords and shoelaces though.

    Yup, same experience here. Battery lasted a year or two, then off to aliexpress.

    Works great, no issues :)

  Had mine 2 years, replaced battery at 13 months. New battery much better than original. Programmed to run everyday in large shed, does a good job and no issues much. Mopping is okay but doesn't compare to newer rotating pad models. For the price I would say excellent value.

  Battery is shit BYD. Must be factory rejects. Mapping is inferior to Roborock. Not sure whether $299 is a good deal. I guess it's ok

  We are up to our 4th robot vac. Our current one is the Viomi S9. I cannot stress this enough - don’t buy this vacuum. Although it uses the Xiaomi app like Roborock, it is a far inferior vac. Our vac is about 3 years old and it never finishes a clean. For the last year or so it has been starting a clean and after about 15 minutes, it runs out of battery without even attempting to return to the charger. I understand it needs a new battery but I wouldn’t put another cent into it. I would not buy this vacuum new if it was $50. Every tiny obstacle is almost guaranteed to stop the vacuuming process as it gets caught on the smallest of items and can’t correct itself.

    sounds like yours has issues with sensors, I don't have such issues as you experience with my unit, and it is used regularly…
