    IMHO extremely overpriced and value unfriendly for what they offer.

    The food is good, but not for that price

        It's not just the price itself. People are having a rough time and money is limited. I think bb is the only fast food chain arrogant enough not to offer meals. You have to buy it all bit by bit at high prices

          I agree with all the comments above. The burgers are decent, but not particularly memorable nor outstanding, but they are attempting to charge a premium price for it. This is probably going to be another fast food chain that will be winded up at some point in the future in this tough environment if they don't pivot and make some major changes.

          I agree with this, though people are willing to pay the higher prices. A few days ago i was at bettys burgers in circular quay, and they were being hammered by customers

            @Quarter Pounder: The one at darling harbour is also always packed, its location for them I would say. Go to somewhere like chatswood and its mostly always empty.

    Parramatta also usually busy busy busy from my experience. I would say ribs and burgers in a similar vein with their pricing but their milkshakes are off the chain so sill still make time to visit them when there is good enough discount to warrant it.

    Betty's Burgers is owned by Janine Allis's retail zoo so they won't be exiting the marketplace anytime soon
