Youthful, dark, inky and purple in the glass. A lift of eucalyptus, although the main drive on the nose is plum, blackberry, bramble and a cool menthol woodsy edge. Full-flavoured, plush, rich and dark fruit, satsuma plum and blackcurrant, layered, long and structured. The wine has real life and brightness to it, the tannins are firm and layered and the length is impressive.
