          I just had the 9 pieces for $9.95 for lunch. I don't have to worry about high cholesterol, diabetes or whatever …

          The key is don't sit down all day or sleep too long. More walking is better even brisk walking, also maybe better standing while typing in front of computer with adjustable desk (I saw a guy like this previously).

            @boomslung: There's a decent chance he underwent a detox before the first medical then resumed his drinking. It's a pretty glaring omission and would affect the results.

            Regardless, it's a bad idea to consume that much fast food in a short period of time.

          I lived on 2 Big Macs for lunch and 2 more for dinner over a course of a month, back when Maccas did a buy 1 get 1 free promo. I went from a super lean/thin 185 cm tall 65kg thin person to getting a triple chin!! While supersize me isn't 100% accurate, it does portray what happens when you consume an excessive amount of calories that you don't end up using/needing.

    pieces are very variable. ive gotten pieces the size of nuggets and some larger than a wicked wing

    very tasy and definately get some at this price

        Red rooster has their original crispy chicken coating right. If only they incorporate spice into it like the South East Asian ones with the same breading, it will be gold! Not the sticky spicy sweet coating they add on.

    I find when hot and crispy is fresh it's amazing. But when it's been sitting in the hot box too long it gets very chewy.

    Half the pieces I got yesterday weren't much larger than a nugget (btw it seems they've even shrunk their nuggets recently). Got them as part substitute for wicked wings and they gave me one extra to make up for how small they were I guess.

      Nobody said to finish them in one meal. Eat some and keep the rest in the fridge for the next meals. I had them with rice and ABC original chilli sauce. More tasty with white rice and the chili sauce. Felt so good when eating KFC with white rice and the chili sauce. So, the cost of 1 meal is cheaper …

        I had to wait ten minutes for them to make fresh chook.
        Then They then gave my order to someone else who was waiting in the car park.
        That guy got free boneless with is order of ten piece.
        So now I had a choice. Wait another ten minutes for fresh boneless or take wings instead, with my ten pieces.
        Did the latter.
        Found One of my chicken pieces were burnt.
        Wings where so so, missing a lot of its usual batter.

        Loser loser, sad chicken dinner.
