    Yeah there are either the $10 or the $20 ones. If you are lucky you might get the $20 off rejoining prime too which are stackable with the app offer.

    I found some T&C's from a very similar offer to this and it says

    For the purpose of these terms and conditions "eligible items" refers to any product sold in the Amazon App but does not apply to:

    (i) products sold by Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon Japan, or Amazon Germany Global Stores even if fulfilled by Amazon AU;
    (ii) clothing apparel;
    (iii) alcohol; and
    (iv) digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and postage or delivery rates.

    it is another offer for first app purchase.

    Outside of this usually for Amazon AU Eligilble Items need to be Sold & Shipped by Amazon AU (but usually when redeeming Amazon Promo Credit, so who knows…)
