I only ever have one on the odd occasion if i dont get enough protein on the run so not even excessive.
Better off just eating a couple of eggs to get protein. Shouldn’t have to ingest all this crap to get some
Quest bars have higher quality protein, but these “Deluxe” bars are nice if you want something really sweet/rich. Good to have on occasion for something different.
Combine with KFCs cheap as chips for $20 today… super protein heaven
These bars make me fart like crazy.
Even their protein powder is of inferior quality these days.
