Soundcore Motion Boom Boombox $89.99 Delivered (RRP $159.99) @ Soundcore

590

Hey people- there's been previous threads on this tough speaker but this is a new lowest price - I am a big fan of Bose Revolve and only know about this unit from a friend/audioligist freak who raved about it and have now seen/heard it first hand - impressions are great sound, great bass, TOUGH, app support to tweak EQ, waterproof, floats but for $90 bucks it's a cracker. Google Alan Ross for reviews comparing to JBL charge but this is a throwaway price for a very robust unit. I am buying as I cannot toss my Revolve+ into the pool.

I got this from previous deal, and it's better and cheaper than logitech ultimate boom.

Already had one but for $90 I couldn't resist getting another one (a couple of months ago) for TWS (stereo).

  • Just bought the x600 a few days ago. Need to stop myself!!!

    • Same. The x600 surely is better at near double rrp. Hope to get it early in the week.

      • +1

The x600 is only $130 atm. The x500 is $100. Which one would be better for mostly indoor use?

  • yeah good thinking buy two for STE-REO

  • Nice but I still prefer the JBL Partybox Ultimate

ha ha me too but for $1700 that's a different animal

  • Thanks op

  • X600 or this? Any one can share recommendations or differences?

    • +1

      Same thoughts…decided to buy both…boom ($77) and X600 ($117). They'll find their places…

      • I saw reviews but not much difference…hence confused

Can't say much about the X600 cause I don't own it. But I'm a big fan of the Motion Boom, currently running 2x in Stereo.

Out of the box I was a little underwhelmed, but after using these EQ settings, I am having a good time. Each to their own though right…

Looks like the main diff between models comes down to power output…

      Motion Boom: 30W
      X600: 50W
      Motion Boom Plus: 80W

I just did the same and ordered the X600 as it reviews really well, apparently has a more neutral sound compared to the booms and looks a bit more slick. Wasn't prepared to pay about $50 more for the extra 30W in the Boom Plus but tbh I can see why people would, for the louder sound and bass.

      • Awesome

  • What's Flossy say about this

  • I bought this 3 years ago. Good speaker. I am sure better newer models are out but this is ok.

  • how do you get 89.99? Mine shows 109.99.. thanks

    • sadly price went up $20 since posting last night,,,,OzB'd.

Good deal OP. deserves more up votes.

A boombox without a tape deck is just wrong somehow

    • Yeah bit of truth to that. A boombox with a tape deck is going to send someone back a bit more than this deal.

  • Is the Motion+ stereo ? only mentions stereo when paired with another Motion+
I had JBL flip 3 but it died, and the newer ones are not stereo. would like something similar size thats stereo.

    • +1

Motion plus is stereo by itself!

  • Thanks, i will be buying Motion plus.
