Just a word of caution. If it dies, you pay to send it back. Which is about $25 to China. So, consider it as having no warranty.

    • that's a good word of caution.

      • I had unfortunate experience with a similar, but kinda top level charger 3x price of this one. And it died after a day. The funniest part is that after a couple of months in China my parcel was returned to me because the seller never bothered to receive it.

        • How do you not bother to receive something?

          • @bboz: This is China, delivery there is different. I guess, the seller was just a middleman that didn't even use real address.

    • par for the course with anything bought off Ali Express tbh.

      • Not really. I just put through a claim for a damaged item and they have given me a paid for return label.

Though, to be fair, I wonder if that has anything to do with my "status" as their customer, given I do seem to buy a lot from them (shakes angry fist at ozbargain)

  • Been looking to get a 2nd "actual" smart charger to replace my Eneloop one. Probably been asked to death, but is there a big difference between the LiitoKala, Nitecore, Xtar, etc. products? I mainly use AA and AAA, but occasionally recharge 14500 batteries.

    • Yep, the difference is big. If you don't need capacity measurement and modern chemistry like High- voltage lithium or LiFePO4, then it's not that big.
