Because we already have ~160 OTR stores in SA.
Apparently OTR (Peregrine Corp) had an agreement with 7-Eleven that they wouldn't come into SA and vice versa OTR wouldn't expand east.
With the change of ownership, that might change in the future.
FYI you can also get a free one as your 7th visit reward for this month. Anyone tried them yet? I think I'll go for the strawberry one
