I had been using Citibank's Plus Account to do TT with zero fee. However this feature was abolished after Nab took over.
Are there any banks or products offer this feature? Or what is the cheapest way to send AUD overseas, say China?
Thanks

If you need to do a transfer out from a bank account in your own name, HSBC is probably the best option, with no fee and reasonable rates.
If you are happy to use an intermediary non-bank, there's a few options including OFX, Wise, Airwallex.
