Answers to some FAQ.

• Available for both physical SIM and eSIM.
• You can order more than once. 1 SIM per order. Each order must start from TopCashback again.
• You can use a new account or an existing account.
• Switch to BPAY/voucher (and/or turn off auto-renewal) to avoid getting charged the following month.
• The SIM comes pre-activated. The plan date resets to the day you start using it.
• Create a new account if there are any activation issues with an existing account.
• Number lasts for at least 6 months after expiry.
