Dunno if this is a deal or not, I don't think it has the hall effect sticks but it sure is pretty.

    It doesn't, and 8BitDo are pretty up front with this. They had a revision for the Wireless edition that now has Hall effect sticks, but these controllers are a bit behind the competition now: https://gamepadla.com/

    Even if you're set on 8BitDo, they've just announced cheaper designs that might be suitable.

    No idea why they would pick Chongyun out of all the characters. Probably the least amount of Collab fees they have to pay?

    Nevertheless, the design is actually pretty cool.

      Fair warning. The controller you're referencing and the controller referenced by OP is an 'old' controller.

      It does not have Bluetooth connection
      It does not have hall effect joysticks

      This is the reason why the price is different and more.

      Buyer beware.

    Alternatively, Gulikit Controllers: King Kong 2 Pro / King Kong 3 Pro/Max are also nice offerings.
    Personally on KK2Pro and not the 8Bitdo Ultimate.

    There are differences that are noted on YouTube videos. Can't speak to the specifics. But KK2 Pro works for me. I installed raised joysticks (from gulikit) to mod by controller. Love it.
