For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost. Just want to say tracking has improved dramatically since TA joined.

All my 3 transaction (CTM and specsavers) tracked within 2 days

    • -1

I don't worry about tracking with Chrome mobile browser no add-ons in my android phone. Never fail …

    • +2

      Yes its wonderful.

I think waiting a week for a reply and month and 2.5 months for tracking is just fantastic all round. Top notch.

Hi and thanks for the feedback. I've stated this repeatedly across different posts. Once you submit a claim, there is nothing further for you to do. We forward the claim to the merchant, and once they respond we either approve it, decline it, or reach back out to you for further information (depending on the merchant's findings). If you're really concerned, please ping me directly. Thank you.

        • +3

I understand what you say, im just saying its rubbish to wait that long for tracking but more importantly, a week for a reply. It's not as if im even bombarding TCB with messages on the case. That was my 1st for a long time.

Im lucky i come on here and see what you write. What about those who do not and just sit there with no reply to their messages? I bet they are the majority.

I've had misplaced cashbacks from the other two, but i have not had to wait this long AND they reply.
          Thanks

          • +6

@Clambabula: I think you may have missed the part about 'no reply' once you submit the claim. But for what it's worth, we're basically a startup in AU with nowhere near the amount of member support staff for the AU site as CR & SB have. We're doing the very best we can with the limited resources available to us at this stage. Although we have a huge support crew for the UK & US sites, we can't dedicate those resources here. Support is getting better I'm sure most will agree, and will continue to do so under my watch. Again, thanks for the feedback. Cheers :)

            • +5

@tightarse: I think it's better to change the wording on that page. Instead of saying "Waiting for TopCashback" which implies that the customer needs to wait for some reply from TopCashback, just say whatever the truth is, i.e. no need to wait.

              • @His: Thanks for the feedback. Will flag with the team :)

            • @tightarse: And i think you missed the part where i said thats not good enough. No replies, yet it says waiting.

Dont think I have ever heard of a business saying we wont reply to your ticket, its part of our business model before and, tbh if i saw terms like that, it would make me run a mile from ever using that service

How many tickets does this start up have? Thousands?

              Thanks again

              • @Clambabula: Hi again. You do receive an initial email when you lodge the claim, then nothing further to do. It's very straightforward and simple really. Unfortunately claims take time with the merchants which is beyond our control, but doing all we can to improve as stated previously. Thanks.

    Any good deals?

    • +9

The good deals is 50% cashback, cap at $20

    • +1

Everything is slightly more expensive than CW but with 50% cashback, cap at $20 makes a good deal.

    • +1

Plenty of them on the "Shop half price" page under "sale".

      Insoles?

      https://www.priceline.com.au/product/50580/nature-s-way-beau…

If you are above 30, this one maybe is the cheapest for today if compared with other stores for the same product (check google for price comparison)

Check the ingredients as to why I recommend this among other similar products. Comparable with other much more expensive brand. Certain most expensive brand has much higher ingredient.

      • Interesting. Know any men that take collagen?

You can read the benefits of collagen for men above.

I don't know, but I bought these for myself (wanna try). The interesting thing is the box says Adult (18yo+), even though maybe most people start looking older above 30 in my opinion. Do you have wrinkles on your face? Not only for face, but skin in general. Enhance skin health, reduce free radicals formed in the body, maintain collagen health, and improve skin firmness and elasticity.

The box says Collagen is the protein that helps to keep skin firm and plump looking and as we age, our body's natural collagen production slows down, which may result in the visible signs of ageing. The rest just read for yourself.

The colour of the box usually indicates that the target market is much older people. I chose this because of higher ingredients if compared with this one:

          https://www.priceline.com.au/product/10172/nature-s-way-beau…

Other different more expensive brands also have similar ingredients with the one that I recommend. There are other brands with much higher price but also very high ingredients multiple times than the products that I inform.

Have you read about collagen benefits for men too?

Tried posting a deal but did my head in on the formatting..
Don't know if the cotton tips are a great price but needed them anyway.
Someone needs to post the tissue up.

There are products that require pharmacist advice before it is able to be supplied. Are these also eligible?

    • @gembel I asked a similar question but TA isn't sure and is waiting to hear back. I've avoided buying such items as there is a chance they are excluded for cashback because they are excluded from Sister Club points.

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15454195/redir

      • the only stated exclusions are:

        • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
        • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards as payment and/or purchase of gift cards.

for reference/comparison, Chemist Warehouse also lists:

        • Cashback is ineligible on immunisations, prescriptions, pharmacist only medication, services, Covid19 tests.
  • Got me some Control GX beard wash, thanks TA!

    • And tracked!

    • The one that colors black? Is it effective?

      • +1

Just For Men Control GX Grey Reduce Shampoo, yes but it takes about a week to start to show

  • Anyone's promo page not redirecting?

    • +1

Yep, noticed this too but doesn't appear to be happening for everyone as plenty of sales are coming through. Have tested on CR & SB via their apps as well with the same result so the issue is thankfully not related to TCB. I've emailed Priceline's affiliate agency for a response and waiting on that now. Will update here when I know more. Thank you :)

      • My link from topcashback is failing to open the priceline site. Tried on my phone and also via my laptop. Just getting a blank screen. Its not the priceline site as it opens on its own if not using your link

        • +1

Yep, I know. If you try with CR & SB you get the same result. We've already flagged this and waiting on feedback/fix. Cheers.

    • +1

@Rachadeal @tpenthouse - issue is now resolved. Thank you for your patience :)

      • still getting the blank page btw.

        • Please clear your cache. You'll find it's sorted :)

          • @tightarse: the blank page does load if you refresh it, i ended up refreshing and logging into my priceline account, then relaunched from TCB and it worked.

Gender discrimination only works one way sadly, which is by itself discrimination.
They talk about gender balance in tech and data related jobs, but never mentioned about other industries such as construction, mechanics, etc. What about getting more males into nursing?

    • +1

So many of their products are targeted for females (target market). Look at the logo colour (Pink). They do have products for men too.

  • +5

Anyone having issues signing up for Sister Club? Just showing a blank page for me.

    • +6

      Brother’s Club working though.

    • +2

I had to use the link located within the "burger icon" top left side of the page and choosing the Sign Up button to the right of the Log In button.

I then had further issues inputting my DOB as there appears to be a validation issue with the website code. So I left it blank and it finally registered after losing about 20% of my hair. Then I added the DOB post successful sign up.

      • Thank you. I am having issues with sign up. When I sign up using email, got an email to complete registration. Received an email saying click on the link below to continue. However, there is no link.

      • Haha same with the dob. I only lost about 18% of my hair tho. Switched to chrome and the issue went away. (Was on safari)

  • Hi can I order via TopCashback and do click and collect or only available for online delivery?

    • +1

Yes you can do a click and collect. I always do this to save a bit of extra $$

      • thank you!

  • +3

They are nasty enough. i had few items in cart with promotion price on. Now they have put all the price up to rrp.or delete only in 15mins.

For anyone w a kid who likes these expensive dummies….

  • Definitely tracked much quicker than i was expecting, Unlike the TEMU debacle!

  • Hmm I used the app but Priceline is showing in "Browsed merchants" not "visited merchants"
    Will this affect tracking?

    • What's showing on this link please?

      • Ahh thats what I was looking for!
It says clicked - so should be all good?

        • +1

Cheers, but do generate a new click please as you may have navigated away. Further, that link shows only the last click you made rather than all clicks. Hope this helps :)

          • @tightarse: Oh that click was the one I made my purchase through.
            Click @ 8:51am, order @ 8:57am

Do compare the prices (of your cart total) with other places.

Ostelin Vitamin D3 1000IU 250 Capsules, for example, is $36.99 at Priceline whereas it is $26.73 at Amazon.

    • I bought 10000IU 360 tablets from vitacost for about $15 USD after discount with my recent order of Synephrine, vit C powder, zinc 50mg 300 tablets, shred code and a few other things (total 10 items)

The Sitewide discount that stacked with other individual discount codes paid for the shipping

All up $20 a bottle for 10 bottles of supps

@tightarse My wife's topcashback's account cant be accessed. She doesnt know why, and she's tried to contact topcashback's support team but never got any replies. Any idea who else we can try?

  • +2

I am having major issues with my Priceline account – tried logging in with an account I had for years, but I keep getting

An Internal Server Error occurred. Please try again later.

When I tried creating a new account, it created a "guest account" instead:

Unfortunately guest accounts are unable to be linked with a OnePass account. To link your OnePass account please join the Sister Club, then go to your Account Summary page to link the accounts.

And it won't let me create a Sister Club account:

Sorry, we've been unable to create a Sister Club account for you.

What a shambles. Maybe they blacklisted me after this. Pretty sure I used unique account details though.

Another family member is trying to checkout but the website won't click "Continue to payment":

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0') at Array.<anonymous> at c.trigger at HTMLDocument.<anonymous>

No wonder they are offering such an upsized cashback – they probably have no customers lol

    • Hi. You're the first to complain about this, as hundreds of orders are coming through successfully. Perhaps they really did blacklist you, so not sure it's worthy of a neg? But totally your call. All the best :)

      • Doesn't explain why another family member can't checkout. Comment below having account issues too.

        • Try clearing your cache, using incognito, and maybe try without wifi (use 4G/5G and see if that helps as you then get a different IP)? Not sure what else I can offer here sorry.

          • @tightarse: Thanks TA. Family member had spent an hour or so compiling the cart, so it was frustrating to think she had wasted her time. All good now – neg revoked.

    • Try incognito. As someone in website development, that 100% sounds like a rogue extensions installed blocking javascript.

      • +1

Thanks – looks like it was because one of the items went out of stock. Only noticed it after scrolling through the entire cart – error message wasn't made clear at all. Very poor UX and dev!
