Hey everyone!!
Good news! For people that don't have VPN or don't want to bother with these deal.
Optus Sport is allowing people to watch the UEFA EURO 2024 Semi Finals and Final live streamed matches without a subscription.

Notably, the first match of EURO 2024 along with both semi-finals and the final will be free to watch for all Optus Sport users once logged in to their account.

      Just get rid of it, use a UK VPN, and watch it free on the BBC. Optus is a joke, $25 to watch the biggest sport in the world in 720P on a browser, or pushing 1080 on a tv.

            @JJlikes2eat: I use Windscribe. Works a treat with my Nvidia Shield.

            Things get a bit tricky on my iPhone though. Because their app looks at time zone as well. I just temporarily change it to Wellington and then collect via vpn.

    FYI for those who use Optus Sport for EPL, received an email about a price increase this afternoon:

    Changes to your Optus Sport subscription
    From 1 August 2024, we're updating our Optus Sport via SubHub price from $6.99/month to $9.99/month

    Still no 4k EPL mentioned though?

      No announcement of anything for Copa America. If you have VPN you can find free to air channels and travel to that country via VPN. Copa America it's a bit disappointing in my opinion with all the easy handball penalties and the annoying no extra time after a draw, straight to penalties.

    Anyone know if this will still be free tomorrow morning for the 5am semi final (and the day after)? The news article doesn't seem to have that quote anymore (got a very excited 14 year old wanting me to wake him early to watch it and we don't have the money this week to subscribe).

      Yeah, you are right. They have updated the webpage and removed the part that said that it would be free to watch. They better honor what they said.

      According to their initial announcement it will be free. However the source link on description has changed and the free part was removed. The two semi finals were free to stream without a subscription. All you needed was a free account.
