So many people never even heard of this site and even if I tell them about it they think it's some dodgy sales site like ozshop etc..

Scotty resigned as software architect and work full time on ozbargain? I would have thought the software architect role would earn him more money. Maybe he lives for the bargain not for the money.

I think I arrived here trying to find cheap stuff during the COVID spending spree era. Ah, heady days.
I remember using some 7-eleven glitch to get free big M. one of the earliest deals i can remember from here
I just checked when I joined OZB, it was the day after I arrived in Australia from NZ 14 years ago. I guess I would have known about it in NZ and researched some deals before moving here.

i was interviewed by Scotty when he work as software architect then found his blog where he start blogging about cheap stuff which turn into ozbargain because we are cheap. lol
