• This challenge entitles you to a $20 bonus Cashback when you spend $200 or more in one or across multiple transactions (inclusive of GST, exclusive of delivery & all other fees) at Coles through ShopBack between 25 Jun 2024 12:00 am AEST to 25 Jun 2024 11:59 pm AEST.
• Only orders made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus Cashback.
• Available while redemptions last.
• The $20 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you'll receive ordering at Coles.
• The $20 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

  Shopback Cashback Tracking has been miserable for me ever since I started using St.George credit card. No responses for Missing Cashback Reports. Also, PM to gotyourback (Shopback rep) gets a generic Copy&Paste reply.

    Same! These days I take screenshots of transactions made inside the Shopback app and still get "We're sorry, when you don't get paid we don't get paid" spiel, but it's happening so frequently I don't trust Shopback anymore.

      I used to recommend Shopback to friends. I stopped doing that. Tracking is unreliable and no meaningful response to Missing Cashback Reports.

    This post is not about the 20% cashback for new members. This is a separate challenge to receive $20 bonus cashback for $200 spend, which needs to be activated in the App.

  Couple of questions
  1) 2565 participants, so the liklihood of being one of the 500 is pretty low, too slow.
  2) How have 3 already been rewarded? Rewards take ages in my experience.
