I am currently a Qantas Points Club Plus member and I have around 135k points earned on the ground. How do you suggest is the easiest way to earn that extra 15k on the ground to hit the account by end of July?

You can just buy points if you like, but it will likely cost more than getting wine with it (even if you won't drink it).
Also, unless you have a bunch of QF award flights coming up which you are hoping to earn status credits on, I would question whether PC by itself is worth chasing.

I mean you might, but there is certainly no guarantee. Most CCs give themselves up to 90 days to give you the points, even if they often come in the payment cycle after the required spending is met.
Every credit card I’ve had, points are credited instantly once meeting spend requirements. The 90 day clause is just a formality.
Qantas has 8x the points on Breville stuff and the express impress is $850, could probably sell it BNIB for $500 and get 6800 points for $350.

Find a promotion on gift card purchases for stores you actually use at Woolies and load up. Points are credited super quick.
To clarify, do you have 135k or 335k? 150k only gets you Points Club not Points Club +.
I had more than 350k points last year, so I am on points club+ now until July 31. Trying to get points club (not +) for upcoming year - I am now on 135k
Sorry, was confused by your title as it says you are trying to retain Qantas Club, which is only a benefit of Points Club+ and not the regular Points Club.

Yeah this is probably the easiest, quickest and cheapest way.
Another option is Qantas hotels. They sometimes have a 3x bonus points for stays and/or experiences. So if you’re planning a holiday or something this could be another avenue.
Qantas Hotels is pretty slow at crediting points IME.
