Low price for a 10TB 3.5' HDD. I know it's probably not ideal for a NAS but considering the pricing, a good deal IMHO.
Good reviews all-round. Happy to hear comments - I order two.

Irrelevant, you return to Amazon. Even if it's Amazon US.
What the?
Toshiba have no warranty service.
Unlike Seagate and WD, when you get a faulty drive the only thing you can do is take it back to the place you bought it.
Don't buy them.
I'm not too knowledgeable about HDDs and NAS etc so not sure which would be better (I just need more storage for Plex) but I recently bought a Seagate 12tb here for $215
That's refurbished.
Yes
You know that usually means they tell the disk to avoid reading 1-1000 bad sectors with the firmware, give it a wipe and sell it again.
For non-critical personal use they are fine, I have them running at home. I got them free as we won't install them on our storage when we get them as warranty replacements at my work… 3 2 1.
Have two Toshiba X300 (one 5TB and one 6TB). Both developed bad sectors after a couple years of infrequent use.
X300 HDDs are best for performance. It is also good for NAS except energy efficiency.
For Toshiba you want the MG line, 12/14/16tb avail usually for around 300 if patient.
If you want different brand like Seagate or WD, check East Digital store https://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/eastdigitalhk.com
It would most likely be cheaper.
These seem quite expensive. I got seagate 16tb exos drives brand new for not much more.

Arrived in Melbourne in 3 days.
Fair point, but I'd prefer the peace of mind with Amazon and buying from the Toshiba's Amazon store.
@scarface: I'm not sure what you mean by this, read the comments on the East Digital deals - there's no "peace of mind" issue.
@Nom: Yet.
You can enforce your rights against Amazon Australia.
You cannot enforce your rights against a company in HK.
@MagnamoniousRex: So ?
They offer warranty, it's fine, many people have used it without issue.
Why are you trying to spread FUD ?
Until some evidence shows otherwise, East Digital are a trustworthy seller.
@Nom: A warranty that isn't enforceable is no warranty
Don't buy Toshiba HDDs, you cannot RMA them.
