there's only some games they accept.. there's usually a list somewhere. Then jump on gumtree/facebook and try and find them for cheap

In short, to get minimum $10 trade-in value it corresponds to ~$28-32 used price at EB. Some have tried JB for their 2-for-$30, but it's rare to find a title due to either/both poor trade-in value at EB and poor stock at JB. Secondhand markets is where it works, you can find eligible titles for as low as ~$10-15 or 2-for ~$20-30, it's just a matter of checking the titles with EB for trade-in value minimum $10 and doing the legwork to message/offer and pick-up.
