Fine for 1080. 1440 you'll get a small benefit from 16Gb and 4k you'll get a big benefit.
4060/7600 aren't meant for 4k gaming. You will find yourself lowering the quality settings to achieve a good gaming experience and at that point i'd prefer 1080p with higher quality opposed to 4k with poor graphics quality
Imo, spend that $90 on a game. Or if you’re building a whole computer from scratch, save it for a bigger SSD.
Alternatively, grab a 12400f + 4060 system for $750 from one of the OZB listings. Doesn’t get better bang-for-buck than that.

Yep, Consoles have never been better value with crazy the GPU prices. Though they are at least starting to come down now… let's see how low they go.
Pity you can't install Windows on the Xbox.
You don't have to get Gamepass, you can just buy the games you want, like on PC.
Where does this "$800 in annual fees" comes from?
Also for a console, for under $700, also comes with a very high quality controller. A PC you are up for a decent keyboard, mouse and/or controller, which is another added cost.
Consoles are 100% the cheaper method for gaming.

warzone, Fortnite, Roblox, overwatch, rocket league etc..all free online

Unless you know the person I am always leery of used, you just don't know how badly it has been abused. besides the 4060ti is a better card for a small amount more. I am assuming you are only after 1080p gaming. if 1440p then the 6700 but neither of these are great above 1080p
yeah that just seems like a very bad deal on a used 6700 XT
I managed to get a second hand 6700 XT on eBay for $375. Has been a really good card.
