  1. Don’t pay attention to rrp especially at furniture shop like amart

  Avoid "gaming" chairs - you really are better off buying a proper office chair from someplace like officeworks.
  I've had a full refund given on a chair after 2 years (10 year warranty).
  I've also had gas struts posted to me.
  of course, ymmv.

    office chair from someplace like officeworks.

    Oh god no, not officeworks…
    I bought an office chair from them and the padding went in just 1 week and I had to use a cushion just to sit on it otherwise it was like sitting on a metal bench. The gas strut also stopped working just outside of it's warranty (~15 days…).

  Yes Officeworks much more appealing than Amart.
  2 weeks ago complained about Officeworks chair's gas lift. Took the chair.nack and given a new replacement, new model. You get nothing like that at Amart.
