  Been thinking about upgrading my TV for a while, the TCL C755 55" is around $1017, is this a good price or are there better TV's around that price range. Happy to spend a bit more if necessary.

      certainly a great price for a 75 inch, however the max size I can get is around 55-65 so might decide on the C755.

    i saw they are preparing for another sale with advertisements not put up yet…it is similar to the 25% if u combine tv + soundbar….dunno what % they will give this week after the 15% promo ends on 23/6/24…if that combo sale comes back, im pouncing for another tv for the other lounge room

            @U30004: No. Mine is 6-7 years old. But I bought a good TV so I don't feel the need to upgrade tech wise, just size wise now (I have a 55").

            But then I barely use it personally, so the value isn't there to drop 3-6k on a TV I actually want

      @serpserpserp - TV’s are E-Waste, and many councils don’t allow E-Waste to be put out on the nature strip for general kerbside collection… Councils that don’t allow it generally have a difference procedure for E-Waste, for example:

      There is often a screen size and weight limit on TV’s as well.

  Tempted for a 65" OLED
  - is the G4 worth the 800 over the C4? toddler just threw a toy and smashed my 5 year old B1, think I paid 1600 for it on applicance central. Using a secondary 42" C2 from 2022 - love(d) both OLEDs and happy to stick with the system.
