I was offered the $5 cashback for the mistake, but when I tried to activate, it said not for you :( Shopback is a hot mess right now.
Yeah i had that issue, ended up opening it on my desktop and it finally showed up and activated.
Is this why they denied my withdraw today? I did not even get the notification. Trying to stop all customers taking money?
also had a withdrawal rejected as well that never happened before. it is the same account that has been used for years.
Often when i go into the app, there's a pop up offer of some sort. However 9 times out of 10, clicking on the X at the corner to close it actually takes me to the offer rather than closing the pop up. Super annoying.

Try logging in on a desktop via the link in the email.
They just sent an updated email with a new link that works.
Along with their 2 Business day response email, more than 10 Business day and no response. Time to ditch the Shopback and don't get tempted by their upsized cashback which will end up getting track as base rate/
