      It's in app purchase. You need to download it first then it will prompt you with many options, the lifetime licence is at the bottom.

        iPhone 15 Pro will get on-device Apple Intelligence (as well as server based), the M series Macs and iPads too. But it's unclear if older models will get server based Apple Intelligence.

    Installed, opened but it seems to be stuck, all I see is the wizard hat graphic, nothing changes after a minute or two. Running on a 12 Pro Max 17.5.1

    Edit: randomly started working. NVM.

    Edit 2: had a play around, very basic generation capabilities, akin to early Dall-e. Thanks OP but it's probably free for a reason.

    This app sucks. So far I’ve submitted 3 pretty generic queries and I’ve got the same response back - it can’t process the desired image.

    A big fail. Multiple attempts saying too busy. Finally get through and say "unfortunately, this request failed. This happens when our AI engine doesn't produce the desired results. Please go back and submit your request again".

    I typed 'a cat'. Really that's too hard?

    I have now tried this multiple times and the same no matter what I input
