I bought one, so far only standard 1%($5) cashback tracked yet.

  • +2

Makes sense for families than spend a few hundred a week, they combine that with the monthly woolies extra 10% it’s a decent slab of cash saved

  • also works with petrol

  • +1

Just bought, will update if/when the tracking is successful. Was purchased at ~140 participants.

    • +1

Tracked successfully! All the best to everyone else who bought.

  • $500 Wish gone already, did $400 Wish and $100 EG.

  • -5

Wtf. So if I don’t get a $500 one I miss out? This deal unobtainable

    • +1

It says in terms can be a combination of brand and total spend… Would suggest can buy lower denominations so long as total is 500?

      • Correct

    • No you can buy multiples of the other cards

      • Ok I bought 3 x $200 everyday ones

  • Got $200 and two $150.

  • +1

8% saving is a great investment

  • +1

Where can you store these? It won’t let me store them in the ER wallet.

    • +1

It did let me. I bought wish cards.

    • +1

All my Wish and Woolworths gift cards have added to the wallet.

    • +1

use the 19digit card number to add (use for online purchase)

      • Thanks guys, added now.

  • +1

Is it one transaction? or can you buy a $300 in one and $200 in a another transaction?

    • +2

Read the OP. Multiple transactions totalling at least $500.

    • +1

yes, you can do that….don't wait as they are going fast

  • Just bought $300 + $200 Wish

  • -1

I'm not going to bite as I am waiting on the 140k ER points from the Bupa offer….should get them around Monday if it is 90 days after joining

    • +3

Thanks for letting us know. 👍

      • +1

        my pleasure lol

  • 340 participants but only 430 rewards… Too much risk

  • Good deal, bought 200&300 wish.

both orders tracked individually, but not tracked for the challenge yet.

its a shame they got rid of the QR payment method from the Woolworths Everyday Pay app.. it was so convenient churning thru woolies gift cards at the registers.

    • +1

Same I loved the QR one stop shop for everything

    • Fingers crossed they bring it back in the future soon

    • are they not bringing it back?

      • Theyve removed it from the registers

      • And no longer shows the "Everyday Pay is unavailable" thing in the app, replaced by ad for their gift cards. A shame indeed if it's gone for good.

And as I was about to post this, got a pop up saying:

        "Everyday Pay has changed

In-store payments are no longer available, but you can still buy, store and redeem your Gift Cards using your Everyday Pay wallet."

Woolworths shuts down system after Everyday Rewards members are hit by scammers

“Unfortunately, we have identified a small number of Everyday Pay users who have been personally targeted by a sophisticated external phishing scam, which has led to them providing their details to scammers. We are supporting those who were affected,” the spokesperson told 7NEWS.com.au.

“Out of caution we proactively turned off the Everyday Pay QR payment option in-store while we investigated.

“We want to reassure our members that our Everyday Pay systems and data remain secure and have not been compromised.

“While it was temporarily unavailable last week, the Everyday Pay wallet continues to be available for gift cards - which can be purchased, stored and used for in-store and online purchases.

“We are now taking this opportunity to review and simplify our in-store Everyday Pay checkout experience, and as a result, QR payments may remain unavailable while we work through this process.

Will it work with the Bank of Melbourne debit card?

    Not tracked. Quite alarming

  • Bought $500 at 415 participants… $5 tracked (1%) but not the bonus

  • Thanks OP, nice deal. Purchased $200 and $300 wish cards. I'm sure the bonus will track within 24 hours.

    • Hard To say…

Only 430 slots and ShopBack has bad records in showing delayed participation number, there were many times in the past where ShopBack shows it’s still available, but actually run out of slots and no bonus at the end…finger cross

  • I bought at 6:30 and no tracking yet

  • I hate the lag on knowing redemptions etc becomes a lucky dip once it gets towards the # of participants 😒

    • Tracked just now, purchased at 19:53.

  • bonus tracked..ordered at 6:50.

    • +1

Likewise, took around 1hr 15min for the bonus to track.

  • Made 2 transactions before dinner, just tracked!

  • Got bonus 40 mins after transaction

  • Can we pay using Apple Pay or should we Westpac card first ?

    • Gift Card purchases made using Apple Pay may take up to 14 days to be tracked. For best experience, pay using a card that is linked directly to your ShopBack account instead.

  • Would it track if you partially pay via existing confirmed cashback?

    • using an eligible Westpac card ($500 or more must be charged to your card to qualify)

There doesn't appear to be an exclusion for redeeming ShopBack credit, so partial payment should be fine as long as the eligible Westpac card is charged at least $500. (Whether that's useful is a different matter.)

  • Mine has just tracked

  • +1

    Bought 2 $150 and 1 $200. Only shows $350 spent and $150 to go?

    • Mine is the same! :(

    • I have similar issue - bought three gift cards with a single payment, all three are in my transaction history but only two of them have been counted towards this offer so reward is currently $0.

  • bargain

  • Taking the risk and just made the payment. Hopefully I get the $35

    • Good luck, hope there are still some redemptions left

      • +1

Just received mine. I can sleep peacefully tonight :)

  • Just got my $35

  • $35 cashback tracked 14 minutes after transaction

  • bugger shows 70 left, after I buy says it's expired………. damn…….fingers crossed

  • I joined but now I'm getting "Oh no, the programme ended early".

    Think it's over.

  • Can't even see it on shopback must be gone

  • Ended

  • Took a punt, purchased at 7:12 WST, $35 confirmed at 7:27 phew!

  • My $35 tracked (about 70 mins after transaction)

  • Mine didn’t get track. Just reported the issue. Paid through Apple Pay linked Westpac CC. Made 2 transactions $400 and $100. Let’s see!
