[Resolved] ANZ Credit Card Application - Not Working

Everytime I try to apply for a credit card with ANZ, I get stuck on the employment section - I fill out my details, click next and it will not progress to the next screen. I've tried on multiple devices and browsers and same issue.

I've called and raised a complaint with ANZ and still no resolution.

Anyone experienced this and know a work around?

    Never been an issue for me (filled it out last week).

    The only time it may hang is in the address section where they match it to a known address.

      Ok yeah something was wrong with the address - even though the correct address was input it wouldn't accept - had to enter a different address for it to process.

    Do you use adblocker? Try it in incognito.

        Phones can also have adblocker btw, MS edge for android has it built in and on by default I think.

        Other things I can think of:

        • Invalid characters - not sure if your workplace name has & but it might not be accepted so try using 'and' instead. Make sure you do not copy/paste and type in the fields manually as that can also cause issues.
        • If each time you try it is always on the wifi, try doing it on your mobile data
