cheap and cheerful, have used one before and they are ok, nothing special but at that price point you cant expect the world, agree with above post tho, if u willing to sell out a little extra an ips is worth the money

Regularly recommended on Whirlpool, though I see nothing wrong with the Samsung monitor you posted. Personally, I would go for the IPS display, but both are pretty good value.
