  Crazy how expensive these portable speakers are. Just a small speaker, amp, battery and Bluetooth receiver. Should be around the $100 mark.

    Problem is anything around that $100 mark has terrible build quality and wont last. You get what you pay for an UE/JBL have figured out how much people will pay for a properly made portable speaker. Mine cops an absolute flogging anything outside of the usual brands seem to suffer quite heavily.
