      Reminds me of tiny street corner Ramen shops in little neighborhoods in Japan.

      Eating at the counter, watching the cooking. And the locals. Downing a beer🍺

      Nothing fancy or pretentious.
      Just quick tasty food.

    it's pretty authentic, rate it above mid. pretty sure I remember other people rating other ones higher (alot to choose from these days). Also get free tadaema (extra noodles) usually*.

  There’s Hakataya on the Gold Coast as well, not my favourite ramen on the coast but the one at Pac Fair is handy for lunch on shopping trips.
