I feel Nong Shim Shin Ramyun 5 Pack, not as spicy as before ? The taste changed . Do you feel same …

    • +5

Yes the taste has changed, I used to love it but it tastes terrible these days, try Paldo Hot and Spicy, much better.

Spicy and sweet! The chef speaks Korean, English and Italian.

Ha ha, now I wanted to try this

And check out that he's using induction!

This is pretty much like Chappaguri! Chapagetti + Neoguri (Spicy).

You can make it abit more bouji by adding steak (cut into bite size cubes) aka Ram-Don from Parasite https://youtu.be/ge4vghXQTtQ?si=ccMoA6YEIa1X6EJb

      • He does mention that movie in the clip.

Shin Ramyun Black (garlic) single packs are half priced for anyone that likes the less spicy ones. The black ones are the most expensive ones.

Samyang Ramen 5pk, reduced to clear, $3.95 @ Coles

    • Link? I see $9

      • Stock level varies for clearance items. I use Coles App to check it at local stores. The deal was posted on OZB. Click the instant noodles tag above to find it.

        • +1

Here is the OzB link. It shows up in the app but not on the website.

          • @trixieb:

            VIC/NSW/?

            Fair. States targeted.

            • @bcYield: Also at other locations. I could find stock for $3.95 in Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide in the Coles app. I didn't check TAS, NT or ACT.

              • @trixieb: The suburb that I live is full of Asian friends. Even though there is any, the chance is very slim for me to get some. My app shows $9. I'd guess my place has sold out and revert back to normal price. Or it has never on clearance in the first place.

                • @bcYield: You have to set in-store price, not for click & collect or delivery. Online shopper gets ripped off here.

                  • @Neoika: Normally I don't use the app to pay. Most of the time it's my shopping list. I do pay in-store tho. But strange that Coles have diff price for in-store and online. Wish me luck finding stock.

                    • +2

@bcYield: Both Coles and Woolworths disables the in-store prices through web portal so that they can not be captured by Google shopping or other guide, comparison sites. This mode is particularly made for in-store shoppers, the only valuable function in App.

Cheers OP, time to stock up!

Jin ramen 20 for 20 from Costco any day of the week!

That's more salt per 100g than total RDI. Enjoy your stroke.

Don’t drink the entire soup bowl of seasoning and you’ll be fine

    • I always buy extra noodles because I'm a big eater. I use half a packet of seasoning and add extra noodles. Then I use the other half with the extra noodles I have bought. So effectively a 5 pack is 10 meals for me.

    • Have it with vegetables (potassium) as a side dish

FYI some of these products have pork !

  • Damn… wanted to try the Shin Toomba, was hoping that was on sale too

  • [NSW] Tong Li (Asian grocery) is selling these for $3.49 or $3.99 each

    • They don't have Neoguri seafood nor Soon veggie flavours though. They do have the spicy chicken flavour. Good price to stock up!

      Are they genuine?
I heard Chinese are making fake ones

    • WW had these for $3.5 few years ago then never again since.

  • $4.0 at local Foodland (Pasadena) in SA.

  • 1/2 Price Nongshim Shin Black 4 pack $6 at Coles this week.
