  I'll assume it's a 1 Year Structural Warranty which is conveniently not mentioned anywhere again. For a couch with a slashed out original price of $3,095.00 you'd expect a better warranty than this.
  Appears to be a fake jacked price anyway as mentioned by JW who found it elsewhere with an original price of $2299.

  The Warranty does not cover any Kind of Transportation Charges. It’s a Customer responsibility to transport the product to the assigned repair facility or Distribution Warehouse. Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding could assign a 3rd Party Transport but may charge the customer for Picking and Returning Back the product. (Two Way Transportation Charges Apply).
