I just unlinked my woolworths reward card to make sure it was the right membership number as I was previously a member of Bupa, but everyday rewards is asking for the membership number and also the policyholder number, which it says is a 12 digit number with a suffix. I need to link this urgently as my points are due for the promotion. I cannot find this policy holder number anywhere. The call center is closed. What is this policy holder number and where can find it?

its not accepting the card number, wont let me get past the first 2 digits

Assuming the suffix is a letter and the other 12 are numbers, there's only 26 trillion possible combinations. Try them all.

If you're the policyholder of your membership with Bupa, your policyholder number can be found next to your name on your Bupa membership card. This is often referred to as a suffix number, and will only be 2 digits.

Anyone know if 2 people can link the same Bupa policy to their everyday rewards account? My partner linked a while ago and I can't see anything in the T&Cs saying I can't, but I'm just getting a generic error when I try to link
