    Looks more like it's a order limit of 4 per account, not a stock count (which is typical of Amazon).

    It's also showing "temporarily out of stock", but I don't think that should be an issue as long as people can still order it (and have the order fulfilled later) for that price in the meantime.

    EDIT: Okay, now it's actually out of stock.
