  There are few Miele models and it is hard to decide which one to go with for tiles and low pile carpet with lots of hair shed , the online guides don’t give a clear picture between C1 and C3.

  If anyone has used these models before, please let me know, thanks

    you can buy aftermarket turbo head with roller from Amazon that works on both low pile carpet and hard floor.

    Pet hair?

    Best bet is C3 Cat & Dog - The Miele Power Head has a pile selector. I have tiles and low pile carpets, and lots of cat hair and have been really happy with the C3.
