Can you add a pcie dual Ethernet to it?
not this model specifically, but on another Lenovo Tiny I've been able to put a mini-pcie ethernet NIC into the e-key slot (originally intended for wifi). This gives the box a NIC in addition to the onboard one.
Or on the m720q and m920q models you can buy a PCIE riser, and install a bunch of different NIC options.
Yup. In the 10th gen its M90q or P340
There are m.2 dual 2.5Gb ethernet cards, but I'm not sure they will fit, as longer than a standard wifi module.
If you just need one additional NIC, then no problem.
This one, you can. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/266835249897 With the correct riser - pn 5C50W00876 (4x, pch) or 5C50W00877 (8x cpu)
Or you might luck out and receive a unit already with a riser installed
in terms of jellyfin decode, any advantage compare to 8th gen?
I believe they both have an UHD 630 iGPU, so I doubt you'll see any significant improvements.
Does this particular model have in-built WiFi?
No, these are without wifi
Any Wyse 5070 units?
