  Got this ~a week ago from Amazon for $169. Nice enough camera, had notifications from when couriers drop parcels etc. Unfortunately, none of them rang the bell (reminds me of Senor Ding Dong episode :-) ). My only concern is the seemingly weak latch between the backing plate, that is screwed to the door or door frame, and the body of the bell. Time will tell if it lasts

    Had mine installed since Christmas. Rock solid. So much so I struggled to remove to charge and I was quite rough in doing so at the time.

  This looks a lot better than the basic cheap Ring I've got, and I know Tapo lock some features behind a sub too but the Ring is literally useless without paying the 5 a month and I'm sick of it

  Any good ideas for securing this doorbell? I read a review that mentioned it can be easily removed with a bit of extra force.

    They all can it’s not a smart door lock, just a video camera that acts like a door bell!
